Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Warminster, Pennsylvania

What you’ll bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- State licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- Previous experience working with pediatric students in school-based settings
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to tailor therapy plans to meet diverse student needs
- Creative problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset
Key responsibilities:
- Conducting evaluations, assessments, and screenings for students with communication disorders
- Developing individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborating with teachers, families, and staff to support student success
- Delivering evidence-based speech and language therapy tailored to each child’s needs
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting therapy plans as needed
- Documenting therapy sessions and maintaining accurate student records in compliance with school and district guidelines
- Participating in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
