Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Massachusetts SLP license (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) will be considered
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to a diverse student population
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans
- Consult with teachers and school teams regarding student referrals and interventions
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Ensure interventions align with student goals and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with school staff to support a positive learning environment
