What’s Needed:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP licensure in California; active or eligibility for CCC or CFY status
- Recent experience working within school settings (preferred)
- Strong competency in conducting evaluations, developing, and implementing IEPs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexibility, dependability, and enthusiasm for working in a diverse school environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and deliver individualized therapy programs tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and teachers
- Monitor progress and document outcomes in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students’ progress
- Offer consultation and support to educational staff regarding communication-related strategies
