Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) for SLP in California
- CCC-SLP preferred, but strong CFY candidates welcome to apply
- Background in serving schools or pediatric populations
- Exceptional communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working exclusively onsite (no teletherapy options at this time)
- SLPA applicants will not be considered for this role
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language assessment, therapy, and consultative services as specified in students’ IEPs
- Develop individualized treatment plans and track measurable progress
- Collaborate with teachers, school counselors, and parents to maximize students’ communication outcomes
- Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with district and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and engage in ongoing interdisciplinary communications
- Adapt strategies and interventions to meet diverse student needs
