Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Holds or is eligible for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience supporting students as a school-based SLP (Teletherapy experience is welcomed)
- Solid foundation in assessment and intervention strategies for speech, language, and communication needs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive student support
Your Responsibilities:
- Administer screenings and conduct formal assessments to identify students’ needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans within the school setting
- Work closely with teachers, families, and educational staff to optimize student progress
- Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with school and state standards
- Contribute actively to IEP meetings and help develop educational strategies
