What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive school-based evaluations, assessments, and manage IEPs for students with varied communication needs.
- Deliver individual and group therapy to students across one or two school locations, tailoring interventions for maximum progress.
- Supervise an on-site Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), ensuring quality standards and positive client outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members, educators, and families to coordinate and optimize student care.
- Participate in meetings, complete documentation, and manage prep time—all during compensated indirect service hours.
What You Bring:
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- Oregon SLP license or eligibility to obtain one prior to your start date.
- Experience working in schools, pediatrics, or teletherapy within educational or healthcare settings.
- Comfortable working on-site at least four days each week.
- Ability to pass all required fingerprinting and background checks prior to employment.
