School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Uniontown, Pennsylvania

This school-based role begins in August 2026 and extends through January 2027, with a consistent weekday schedule of 35 hours per week. The caseload consists of 25 students, providing a manageable and focused environment for impactful intervention.
Qualifications:
- Valid Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and those holding Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with educators, families, and support staff
- Comfortable working with a diverse student population in grades 4–12
What your days will look like:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for a caseload of approximately 25 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams
- Provide direct therapy and consultative services, targeting measurable student goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary discussions
- Maintain timely documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
- Offer support and guidance to families and classroom teachers to foster student success
