Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- State licensure as an SLP
- Clinical Certification of Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
- Prior experience in pediatric or school-based settings valued
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Driven to support a diverse caseload of K-12 students
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to foster students’ success
- Maintain thorough, accurate documentation in accordance with school district and professional standards
- Deliver therapy services in both group and individual formats, adapting to varying needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Actively pursue ongoing professional development
