What You’ll Need:
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) held for at least one year
- Valid, active professional licensure
- At least one year of experience working with IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
- Minimum of 10 hours availability per week
- Self-motivated with a passion for enriching the lives of students
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to effective teamwork
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable with technology, including learning new software, managing digital paperwork, and troubleshooting basic issues
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy to students in a full-time onsite setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
- Complete thorough assessments and contribute to IEP meetings
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in compliance with school and district guidelines
- Participate in ongoing collaboration and consultation with teachers, families, and other professionals
- Utilize a variety of evaluation resources and protocols available onsite
