Key Qualifications:
- Active Michigan SLP license required
- Certification in Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience working with middle school students is a plus, but not mandatory
- Passion for supporting diverse student populations in a school setting
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver therapy services in 1:1 or group settings for early intervention, elementary, or middle school caseloads
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Consult and communicate with educators and families on strategies to maximize student potential
