Key Qualifications:
- Active Michigan SLP license required
- Previous experience with middle school students is a plus, but not mandatory
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged and welcomed to apply
- School-based SLP experience preferred; all strong clinical backgrounds considered
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in assigned student populations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and support staff to foster student success
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings as part of the multidisciplinary team
