- Are fully licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Michigan
- Have previous experience working in school-based SLP roles or with pediatric populations
- Demonstrate flexibility and confidence adapting treatment for a diverse student body
- Thrive in collaborative team environments and value multidisciplinary partnerships
- Are able and willing to provide all services onsite (this is not a virtual/remote position)
Your responsibilities will focus on:
- Conducting speech/language assessments and generating comprehensive evaluation reports
- Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans for K-12 students with speech and language disorders
- Collaborating with educators and families to deliver best-practice interventions
- Maintaining student records, progress notes, and IEP documentation in compliance with district and federal guidelines
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing expertise to support well-rounded academic success
