Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active Michigan licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required

- Demonstrated experience providing speech therapy in educational settings
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency in planning and documenting therapy sessions and student progress
- Willingness to work onsite (no virtual options available)
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct screening, assessments, and therapy to K-12 students addressing a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to optimize student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, ensuring compliance with all documentation and reporting standards
- Maintain accurate records and timely reports of student growth and services provided
- Support students in developing confidence and effective communication skills crucial for their academic and social success
