Key Qualifications:
- Active Maryland Speech Language Pathologist license
- ASHA Certification (Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to fostering positive outcomes for elementary students
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Deliver direct therapy sessions to elementary-aged students, both individually and in group settings
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student progress within the school community
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development activities
