Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active SLP licensure with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
- Previous experience working in a school setting, ideally with PreK–3rd grade students
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with educators and families
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- In-person availability for a 35-hour workweek
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in PreK–3rd grade
- Assess, identify, and address speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and support staff
- Document sessions and complete required reports in accordance with school and district guidelines
- Provide guidance and support to classroom teachers to facilitate student success
