Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP license (or eligibility) for Maryland
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

- Experience or strong interest in pediatric populations
- Familiarity with school-based or teletherapy services is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Essential responsibilities include:
- Assessing and treating students with mild speech, language, and communication challenges
- Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Providing documentation, progress reports, and participation in IEP meetings
- Using modern tools and techniques in both in-person and teletherapy formats as needed
