Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP licensure or eligibility in the state
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC); Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are also encouraged to apply
- Experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare settings is highly desired
- Comfortable with teletherapy as well as in-person services
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students with mild diagnoses and disorders
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions
- Provide both in-person and virtual (teletherapy) services as needed
- Monitor student progress and adjust plans accordingly
- Collaborate actively within a supportive multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and administrators
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with school and state regulations
