Ideal candidates will have knowledge and passion for pediatric speech therapy, whether you’re an experienced SLP-CCC or completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY). Prior exposure to teletherapy, school-based, and healthcare-related SLP settings is a plus.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility to apply (CFY candidates welcome)
- Maryland state licensure or eligibility
- Experience with pediatric speech and language disorders, preferably in school or healthcare settings
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is advantageous
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide direct assessment and therapy for students with mild diagnoses and disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with teachers, families, and staff
- Document progress and maintain up-to-date records
- Participate in team meetings to support student outcomes
- Utilize both in-person and virtual methods to deliver high-quality services
