Qualifications:
- Valid Maryland SLP License required

- Ability to work with K-12 age group
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Deliver individual and group therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for students
- Maintain accurate service notes, evaluations, and documentation per state and district guidelines
- Utilize both in-person and teletherapy modalities as needed
