Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Williamsport, MD

Each position features a manageable caseload of approximately 50 students, providing opportunities for impactful one-on-one and group interventions.
Your expertise in speech and language assessment, intervention, and collaboration will foster student growth and success. For those who bring the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), your full credentials are valued. Experienced Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) are also encouraged to apply.
Key qualifications and experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Valid state SLP licensure; ASHA CCC required for SLPs
- School-based experience preferred
- Open to SLPAs with proven school experience
- Strong ability to manage caseloads and adapt to student needs
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Primary responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Providing targeted speech and language therapy to a diverse K-12 population
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members
- Maintaining accurate records and progress reports for each student
- Supporting inclusive learning through innovative and flexible strategies
