Speech Language Pathologist in Williamsport, MD

Key Qualifications:
- Current licensure as an SLP, ASHA CCC required for full SLP; experienced SLPA candidates will also be considered
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50 students
- Strong communication, collaborative, and organizational skills
- Dedication to equitable learning outcomes and inclusive practices
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- Provide direct and consultative services to students with diverse speech and language impairments
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Document services and monitor academic and communication milestones
