Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Clinical fellowship year (CFY) candidates welcome, as well as experienced SLPs
- Prior experience working with children in school or healthcare settings preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in a pediatric school-based caseload
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers to support students’ IEP goals
- Complete timely and thorough documentation according to school and state standards
- Provide teletherapy services as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and ongoing professional development
