Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students onsite, utilizing evidence-based methods.
- Develop and implement IEPs, collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team, other therapists, teachers, and support staff.
- Assess, document, and track student progress while maintaining accurate records through digital platforms.
- Engage in ongoing communication with families and staff to maximize student success.
- Participate in professional development and receive mentorship from experienced Lead Clinicians.
What We’re Looking For:
- Current ASHA CCCs (held for at least 1 year), or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision.
- Active professional speech-language pathology license.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience managing IEPs.
- At least 10 available hours per week.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities.
- Technological fluency and willingness to embrace new tools and digital requirements.
