As a valued team member, you’ll be responsible for providing high-quality, student-centered speech therapy services to an engaging caseload of 22 students. The district is actively seeking someone who brings energy, expertise, and a heart for working with children.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Maryland SLP license and required certifications
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech and language therapy to students
- Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with teachers, staff, and families
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress
- Participate in team meetings, consultations, and ongoing professional development
- Communicate regularly with caregivers and educators to support student success
