- Ability to assess, treat, and monitor progress of communication disorders
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to a kindergarten student, both individually and within the classroom setting
- Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support comprehensive educational progress
- Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and complete regular reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and offer expertise to help shape student support strategies
