Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required
- Current and valid Pennsylvania state SLP license
- Eligible for or holding Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP); Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates accepted
- Experience with pediatric or school-based SLP services preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students ranging from kindergarten through high school
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on students’ IEP goals
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to foster student progress
- Evaluate and monitor students’ articulation, language, fluency, and voice needs
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
