Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and/or early intervention services
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials are welcome
- Familiarity with school-based or early childhood programs is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students ages birth to five
- Develop targeted, individualized therapy plans that support student goals
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy in varied school settings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and a multi-disciplinary team to maximize student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Stay current with research and best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
