Key Qualifications:
- Current SLP-CCC or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (agency supervision support may be considered)
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license required with resume submission
- Prior experience in a school or early intervention setting is highly valued
- Ability to provide on-site services (virtual work is not available)
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Commitment to traveling between sites in the New Oxford/Gettysburg areas
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to preschool students across designated locations in Adams County
- Serve in an itinerant capacity, managing a caseload across multiple school environments
- Design, implement, and document individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with special education teams, families, and classroom staff
- Maintain compliance with documentation standards and timelines; dedicated weekly paperwork time is allotted
- Utilize provided resources including a laptop, iPad, lesson pix subscription, and full testing/materials kits
- Adhere to a 188-day preschool stretch calendar, working from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM daily, totaling 35 hours per week
