This position focuses on providing crucial speech-language services for preschoolers, ages 3 to 5, with special educational needs. As an itinerant SLP, you’ll travel within New Oxford and Gettysburg, working on-site with dedicated time weekly for paperwork—ensuring you can focus on impactful therapy sessions.

What You’ll Need:

  • Active Pennsylvania SLP license (required with your application)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
  • Prior experience or an interest in working with preschool-aged children
  • Familiarity with school-based service delivery and special education processes

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on-site speech and language therapy for preschoolers with diverse communication needs
  • Itinerant role serving multiple locations on a 188-day preschool calendar
  • Maintain accurate documentation with dedicated weekly paperwork time
  • Collaborate with educators and families to maximize each child’s success
