Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state SLP licensure or eligibility
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience supporting speech and language development for early childhood or kindergarten students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with teachers, school staff, and parents
- Ability to design and implement individualized therapy and track progress
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to a kindergarten student according to their IEP
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders using evidence-based techniques
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of treatments, progress, and outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings to recommend goals and provide updates on student achievement
