Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- School-based SLP experience preferred
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; active ASHA membership encouraged
- Background in pediatric SLP assessment and intervention
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students, tailoring interventions according to IEP requirements
- Conduct assessments and make data-based recommendations for student services
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Foster an inclusive, supportive environment for all students
