About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary-aged students in Westminster, Maryland. This full-time position focuses on delivering high-quality speech and language services to help young learners build strong communication foundations for academic and social success.
The ideal candidate is passionate about pediatric therapy, collaborative in nature, and eager to work within a supportive school-based team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations for elementary-aged students.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
Provide direct speech-language therapy services in individual and small group settings.
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families to support student progress.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school and state requirements.
Support students in improving communication skills that enhance classroom participation and learning outcomes.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply.
Experience working with pediatric or elementary school populations preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
