School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Westminster, Maryland

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- School-based SLP experience, particularly with high school-aged students, is highly desirable
- Strong documentation and progress monitoring abilities
- Team-oriented with a focus on student-centered goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with each student's IEP
- Maintain timely documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, aides, and families to support academic and social communication outcomes
- Offer strategies, accommodations, and training to school staff as needed
