Qualifications & Experience
- Current Maryland SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA CCC)
- Experience working in schools or pediatric settings preferred
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
- Strong organizational skills to manage diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other related service staff
- Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and compliance with state/federal regulations
- Provide ongoing support, consultation, and resources to school teams and families
