What We’re Looking For:

- Prior experience in school-based settings, especially with elementary-age students, is highly preferred

- Ability to manage a caseload of 35-45 students effectively
- Commitment to supporting student growth and meeting IEP goals
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services at multiple elementary locations
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure cohesive support
- Maintain accurate documentation for IEPs, service logs, and progress reports
- Participate in virtual interviews for a streamlined hiring process
