Desired Qualifications:
- Hold an active Maryland SLP license
- Possess ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt quickly across different school settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to assigned students
- Perform assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals
- Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions
- Maintain compliance with district and state regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
