Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Eligible for or holder of SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY
- Experience with K-12 students preferred (all experience levels considered)
- Maryland state licensure (or eligibility)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and individualized therapy with students ages K-12
- Develop and implement effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional growth activities
