Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
- Either a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Adaptable, flexible, and dedicated to student growth
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
- Monitor progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed
- Maintain thorough records in compliance with district and state guidelines
