Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Either ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status.
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably within school-based or educational settings.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, families, and students.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in IEP meetings.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements.
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions for a diverse student population.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Provide education and training to staff and families as needed.
- Consistently monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
