Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Tecumseh, Kansas

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required
- Valid state licensure for Speech Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Prior experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based caseloads
- Collaborative spirit and effective communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen, evaluate, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific student needs
- Provide therapy sessions and monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to foster academic success and inclusion
- Document all services and maintain required records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to educational teams
