- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both students and school staff
- Ability to organize and manage a diverse caseload efficiently
Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing assessments for students
- Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans tailored to each child’s needs
- Providing direct therapeutic services to students with a wide range of communication challenges
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support
- Participating in IEP meetings and supporting students’ academic and social communication goals
