School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Thermal, California

Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Valid California SLP license required (CCC strongly preferred)
- Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Familiarity with evaluation, assessment, and IEP processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Passion for supporting student growth and advocating for their needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across K-12 grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, parents, and other professionals to ensure supportive and effective learning environments
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress and interventions
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and school-based team discussions
