Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Florida SLP license or eligibility
- SLP-CCC certification or clinical fellowship candidacy
- Previous experience in a school setting is valued, but not required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify students’ communication needs within the school setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other related service professionals
- Maintain documentation consistent with district and professional standards
- Provide engaging therapy using evidence-based practices
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insight to support student goals
