Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure (or eligibility)
- Previous experience in school-based SLP roles
- Proficiency with AAC devices preferred
- Experience with mild, moderate, and severe needs populations
- Strong communication, organization, and adaptability skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech/language screenings and comprehensive evaluations
- Manage IEP compliance and contribute to IEP meetings
- Deliver direct and consultative SLP services for students across multiple school sites (itinerant)
- Develop and implement AAC strategies for students with complex needs
- Maintain and document progress for a varied caseload
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
