Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred
- Prior experience with elementary-aged children is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students with diverse needs
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine speech and language strengths and challenges
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough documentation of services, progress reports, and assessment results
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support students’ academic and social development
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise on speech and language goals
