Speech Language Pathologist in Vista, CA

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged students is desirable
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
In this role, your daily work will involve:
- Conducting speech, language, and communication assessments
- Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans for students
- Collaborating closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintaining accurate records and necessary documentation for compliance
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing professional insight for educational teams
- Offering direct and consultative services to support student needs throughout the school year
