School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - San Marcos, California

Key Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and individualized therapy for students with speech, language, and communication challenges • Develop and implement IEPs, monitor student progress, and maintain accurate documentation • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other related service professionals to foster student success • Offer support and resources to families and school staff regarding communication disorders and intervention strategies • Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to overall team goals and school initiatives
