This role is based at Midland Elementary in the Resource Room setting and offers flexibility—work onsite or choose VOCO delivery! Manage a manageable caseload of 40–50 students with a consistent schedule of 32.5 hours per week, making it easy to balance work and personal exploration.
Qualifications:
- Valid WA SLP License required
- Must be fingerprinted through OSPI (Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction)
- CCC-SLP or eligible; experienced in school-based settings
- Capable of working onsite or via VOCO (virtual/remote platform)
- Strong communication and organization skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of 40–50 students
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team evaluations
- Support student success in a Resource Room environment
