Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Puyallup, WA

You’ll work closely with a caseload of 40–50 students, collaborating with teachers and staff to provide speech and language services in a well-resourced elementary school environment. With a consistent weekly schedule of 32.5 hours, you’ll have the stability to build strong relationships with the students you serve—whether onsite in the resource room or through VOCO (virtual/remote) services.
Qualifications:
- Current Washington SLP license required
- Completion of fingerprinting process through OSPI
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to engage and support diverse learners
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and provide direct therapy for students with speech or language needs
- Maintain detailed records and contribute to IEP meetings and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers
- Utilize both in-person and virtual platforms as needed for service delivery
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and engaging therapy space
