What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current WA SLP License (must be fingerprinted through OSPI)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- School-based SLP experience preferred
- Flexibility to work onsite or remotely (VOCO) as needed
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage a caseload of 40–50 students in a resource room setting at Midland Elementary
- Provide evaluation, therapy, and support services to students with communication disorders
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment for students
