School Speech Language Pathologist - Tacoma, WA

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Washington State SLP license
- Completion of OSPI fingerprinting
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous experience working in school settings, preferably with elementary-aged students
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Your Role:
- Deliver assessment and therapy services for students with speech and language needs
- Develop, implement, and update IEPs in collaboration with the education team
- Track progress toward student goals and adjust interventions as necessary
- Provide consultative support to teachers and staff regarding communication strategies
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance with school and state guidelines
- Foster a positive, supportive environment that encourages student growth
