In this position, you will:
• Provide speech and language assessments and therapy to a diverse K–12 caseload
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address student needs
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Document services and maintain records in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Stay current on best practices through ongoing professional development
Desired qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Current or pending Washington state licensure as an SLP
• SLP-CCC and CFY candidates welcomed and encouraged to apply
• Passion for helping students achieve their communication goals
• Strong teamwork, organization, and communication skills
