Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Strong commitment to working with pediatric or school-aged populations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students with varying needs
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Maintain clear records and document student progress
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
- Educate staff and families regarding communication disorders and support strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and ongoing professional development
