Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current West Virginia state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
- Previous experience with Pre-K to elementary-age students preferred
- Background supporting students with autism and diverse communication needs is highly valued
- Strong collaboration and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for a range of communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to promote generalization of skills and student success in the classroom
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay current with best practices in school-based therapy
